NCHALO agriculture has gone through rigorous resource farm planning training with Carl Pfotenhauer, Group Agricultural Capability Development Manager, for four to six months and its dividends are seen in many of the farms. Farming requires attention to detail, resources are limited and the timing of operations in agriculture is crucial. Among our farm managers, women are equally competitive, so Vanessa Simwela joined Aaron Mangwele as the two who most impressed Nchalo management with their hard work and creativity in the resource planning. Each received a bale of sugar as a token of appreciation (see photos). To get the best out of the resource planner, teamwork is crucial. Key to Aaron`s success is following the standards and the interaction he has with his team members – supervisors, capitaos and the general workers.
